High-voltage resistant insulated down conductor for keeping the

separation distance to electrically conductive parts according to IEC/EN

62305-3.


Applicable in case of an equivalent separation

distance s ≤ 90 cm (in air) or s ≤ 180 cm (solid building

material).


Thus, depending on the class of lightning

protection system (LPS) the following maximum conductor lengths can be
realised
at one down conductor:

LPS I max. 11.25
m

LPS
II max. 15.0 m

LPS III/IV max. 22.50

m


Lightning current carrying capability of 200 kA
(10/350
µs) tested according to EN 50164-1.


The

Conductor meets the requirements according to EN 50164-2.

A

processing temperature of ≥ 0 °C and a permanent temperature range (at fixed

installation) of -30 up to +70 °C are to be minded.
